Stable Cottage Terms and Conditions: Booking conditions: A deposit of £ 100 per week is required, together with a signed booking form. The person signing the booking form, who must be over 21years of age, has the authority and responsibility, to accept all the conditions on behalf of the other party members. Payment of balance of the total cost of the holiday is due two calendar months before the date of commencement of the holiday, or in full at the time of booking, if within two months of the holiday. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the holiday and forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit, and unless the accommodation is relet, liability for the total cost. Cancellations must be received in writing. Holiday insurance is very strongly recommended. For any amendment to the booking there will a £ 7.00 charge to cover administration costs. An inventory deposit of £ 100 will be required on arrival. This will be held against damage, loss, excessive consumption of services and the necessity of excessive final cleaning. The number of persons shall not exceed four. Reasonable access to the property by the owners / staff must be allowed at all times. Behaviour of guests and visitors should not be excessive or rowdy, especially at night. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. Please show consideration to the owners, staff and guests in the house. Cherith and Richard reserve the right to recover from the person making the booking any discretionary compensation payment, or discount they may have to pay to any other guests, as a result of your actions, a member of your party, or of visiting friends. Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in the party being asked to leave immediately if the conditions have been infringed. No refunds will be given in these circumstances. Improvements, maintenance and refurbishment to the facilities in the house and cottage are carried out throughout the year. Every care will be made to ensure that guests are not inconvenienced. No compensation will be paid if a facility is not available, but a suitable alternative will be provided. Liability - personal belongings are the responsibility of each member of the party. No liability can be accepted for any accident, loss or damage to your property unless such loss is demonstrably due to the owners' negligence. They cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas, electricity etc) or any disturbance which is beyond their control. In all cases, except personal injury or death, the liability to you for the total cost of all claims arising out of your holiday at Stable Cottage is limited to the cost of the booking. Cars are parked at the owners' risk. Arrival and departure times: the cottage will be ready for you after 4pm. On Departure day guests are requested to vacate their accommodation by 10am. Prices are correct at the time of going to print and are subject to alterations without prior notice, with the exception of confirmed bookings. There is a no smoking policy in both the house and the stable cottage.
