Terms and conditions for Wickham Lodge

Guests are asked to arrive before 8.00 p.m. and to discuss their time of arrival on booking.

Departure Day guests are requested to vacate their accommodation by 10.30 a.m.

At the time of booking, one nights deposit in advance payable by Credit Card/Debit Card/Cheque/Cash. Payment in full on departure. If the booking is cancelled 14 days in advance by fax/email/letter the deposit will be refunded.

Cars are parked at the owners’ risk."

Terms and Conditions For Stable Cottage

A deposit of £100.00 per week is required, together with a signed booking form. (stable Cottage)

Guests are asked to arrive before 8.00 p.m. and to discuss their time of arrival on booking.

At the time of booking, one nights deposit in advance payable by Credit Card/Debit Card/Cheque/Cash. Payment in full on departure. (Wickham Lodge)

Payment of balance of the total cost of the holiday, is due two calendar months before the date of commencement of the holiday, or in full at the time of booking, if within two months of the holiday. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the holiday and forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit and unless the accommodation is re-let, liability for the total cost. Cancellations must be received in writing. Holiday insurance is very strongly recommended.

Improvements, maintenance and refurbishment to the facilities in the house and cottage are carried out throughout the year. Every care will be made to ensure that guests are not inconvenienced. No compensation will be paid if a facility is not available, but a suitable alternative will be provided.

Liability - personal belongings are the responsibility of the guests. No liability can be accepted for any accident, loss or damage to your property unless such loss is demonstrably due to the owners’ negligence. They cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas electricity etc) or any disturbance which is beyond their control. In all cases, except personal injury or death, the liability to you for the total cost of all claims arising out of your holiday at Stable Cottage is limited to the cost of the booking.
